It's a toss up between my CZ-452 and an old Rem 541T. Both shoot better than I do & run like a scalded dog all day long.

My current favorite 22 fun gun, S&W M&P 15-22, with Silencerco 22sparrow, and Aimpoint.

hk 636
I need to take a photo of it to post , but I cleaned out the insides of a HK 636 airsoft gun and fixed a Mossberg Plinkster 702 inside using the existing frame and some epoxy to mount the receiver. It looks like the HK 636 and is a hoot to shoot. I need to pick up a 25 round magazine when I can find one and figure out a way to mount optics on it. You won't see another like it.

Just went to the range today and shot over 500 rounds through my 22s. I have a Marlin model 795 semiauto, CZ 452 left handed bolt action and a Colt/Walther AR22. The Marlin is the second gun I ever purchased so there is some sentimental attachment there but the Colt AR is the most fun to shoot.

It was 71F at 6am and 74% hunidity with heavy overcast. Like breathing water.....ask me if I'm going to the gun club. Yes, about mid September to first of Oct before I go back shooting
I wonder how I survived this kind of weather as a kid and no a/c???

Day-um...
Out of curiosity -- what ammo did you use for those respective kills?

Reminton subsonic on the squirrel, i could seriously have had a cup of coffee while waiting for the bullet to get there i think but they are super accurate from the gun and CCI velocitors on the coyote, not quite as accurate as the subsonics but they hit hard. Honorable mention goes to the federal american eagle 38gr HPs. My gun loves em and they hit much harder than the paper ballistics claim (plus they are cheap!). I would take either of the same shots with those as well.

My smith 617 is my Go To fun 22.
Its the gun and not the ammo. The gun makes me shoot better.
Awesomeness is the only description I have.
Reloads faster than a auto.

Heck ALL of my .22s are total fun to shoot.
. Ruger 10/22
. Ruger Mark II
.Heritage Cowboy single action 6-shooter .22/.22mag
.Chiappa .22 1911
It's like I'm always sayin'....you don't have to have a big gun to have big fun! And with the cost of center fire ammo these days it is good to have an occasional .22 day at the range.
lately I've been jonesing for the Henry Golden Boy and the S&W M15-22. also one of the good quality double action revolvers. All would be fun in their own right.

My Stag Model 3 with CMMG .22LR bolt conversion and Aimpoint Comp M2 is a blast. Haven't loaded up the .223 bolt since I picked up the conversion for $160.

A Plum Crazy lower with a Chiappa .22LR upper gets more shooting time than most anything in the safe right now.
Here is my son shooting it rapid fire. It is rock solid reliable which surprises me for the cost.
