Nah, the General Lee, of course I would prefer a Bullitt paint scheme, and of course I would want the car before it drove through the gas station.

Bullman, when you were near my end of the Lagoon a while back, you shouold have stopped.
There's a place about 18 miles from my house, the guy has made a business of restoring 68/69 Dodge Chargers & painting them up to replicate The General.
He's usually got 2 or 3 on the lot for sale !
And the world Famous Volo Auto Museum is right down the street, about 2 miles, they have one of the actual Generals from the show, along with the ORIGINAL Batmobile that was built from the old Lincoln Futura show car by Geo. Barris.
Barris stops by the place once or twice a year too.

While I have lived south of the Mason Dixon line my entire life, I couldn't drive around in such a vehicle painted that way, just goes against the way I roll.
and Rabbi, I think I will just go with some alloys, I hate losing hubcaps.

No, the one at the museum is a straight one, one of the "purty cars" that was used for closeups.
The gent that replicates them DOES have a Chief Frame Rack thou.....

I suggest we lease with option to buy; tax advantages for BOTH of us!
Does your ejector have a hard-programmed ejection counter, or are we dependent on the same guy that lost count while editing the original movie?

Just load the hubcap magazine untill full & go from there. When it's empty, it quits throwing !
uncle
EXECUTIVE P.S. HERE.........
just rec'd. email from my friend who retired from SR&Co.
It appears that there was NO concensus at the U.N. on the small arms treaty, so it's not relevant at this point.
But I'm willing to bet that pres.Urkle will have something else up his sleeve soon !

They couldn't even get a draft proposal out of the UN committee charged with coming up with a version to submit to the assembly. Maybe we should take lessons from them about how to spin our wheels to give the illusion of motion without the inconvenient hassle of actually achieving anything!

Uncle nailed it. I remember seeing the film in the theatre. Guess what, I got car sick from the hills during the chase. Maybe the same thing happened to the editor.

... but we must be SELECTIVE in WHEN we take our 39% of something! 39% of an outhouse's contents is not worth taking; neither is that percentage of a UN draft proposal.

In order for us to have 39% of something, there has to a value to it in the first place. The effort required to turn the UN into something would never pay the investment back, not at 39% or 99% .
To put it simply yes we could do something with that sows ear but it would cost far more than 39% of a silk purse would ever be worth.
Let's just put some lipstick on that pig and sell it.
