Nope. Its Flight Design C-4, four seater.

What makes you think it is a LSA?
A 4 seat, IFR capable airplane with a max cruise speed of 160 Kts, max takeoff weight of 2640 lbs, a fuel capacity of 70 gallons, a 180 HP engine with a CS prop violates just about every requirement to qualify as a LSA.
