Sight height question; POA=POI?

I am looking for night sights for my G29 Gen III. The stock sights use the "six-o-clock hold" method and my hits are always high. I want sights where the point of aim is the point of impact. Can anyone tell me what the correct front sight height and corresponding rear sight height would be for this?

You can have my guns when I run out of ammo. Which wont be happening anytime soon.

This would ordinarily be addressed by changing the rear sight, since the stock front sights are the same height.

An adjustable rear sight would be the best approach to fine tuning your sight picture, but if you want to attempt it with a fixed rear sight, I believe these folks can help you out...
