There must not be a shoe sale at this time anywhere in the known Universe.....
Did she at least hang up the keys? I missed a sale on bulk large pistol primers in 1989 that I'd like to make a run for. Do you need anything while I am there?

Yea Taterhead, would you be so kind as to pick me up one of those New Bren Tens and don't forget some magazines and Norma Ammo to compliment the package!

Might be a little special something in it for you!

Nice thought Chute, but there are a few other more memorable waistlines that I would rather bring back from the good ol' days... if you now what I mean.

I could use some factory stainless mags for a S&W 639

and if you happen to see my liver, say "Hi", I sure do miss that thing.

Got yer back Shadow. 200 grainers right? No problema.

A holiday 5 pack of N' Sweats will be payment enough.

Does the TARDIS have a trunk?

I not only need blinker fluid, but my muffler bearings are shot, need some new ones badly.

I think after 540 pages, I have found a reason to borrow the Tardis. I never really gave it much thought because I never had the opportunity. Carefully constructed raids to the right locations so I could have say, an 8 shot Mossberg Bullpup, and maybe a couple of Brens, now that could be pretty handy.

One of the more existentially prescient observations spoken here in a while!

A powerful question and a definitive statement all at once.

Question Mark & the Mysterians - 96 Tears - YouTube

That song gave me about 97 tears.

Off to listen to some metal to get the bad taste out of my ears.

Well gang, the whole problem comes down to the fact that Her Majesty doesn't NEED a key for TARDIS, you see there's a fingerprint-reading touchpad that only works for Geesie, rather an anti-theft device of the first order. Eng151515 & myself installed it after Geesie lost the key while at a shoe sale in the Rigel-9 system....it was a bit of a stretch getting TARDIS back home with my remote unit, which has since gone"POOF", letting all of the smoke out of it, so it no longer works.
My own control system is equally theft-proof, TARDIS reads my brain waves (poor thing) and is controlled strictly by thought. Needless to say, we've ended up in some STRANGE time-space areas to say the least !
The only known, existing key is on a custom titanium chain around Mongo's neck......good luck with that. Not that Mongo uses TARDIS a lot, but he won't part with the key. He considers it his personal "Get Out of Jail Free" card.
