Not bad. The only 175's Silvertips I've ever loaded was with 9.7gr of Longshot. I don't remember exactly, but it got me over 1300 fps from the stock 20.

PerfectShooter, to the Forum! You may find that the results will be a little disappointing rom the G-29, Power Pistol helps being a little faster burn rate. 800X was also a little better than the LongShot with some various loads from the shorter barreled pistol!
Best regards!

You could use any of the 180 grain loads for the 175 ST's which should yield very simular results...
Alliant list Power Pistol with a 180 grain as 8.7 grains @ 1,240 fps - 34,900 psi
Hope this helps!

There are better bullets out there. I would purchase some 165 gr. or 180 gr. Speer Gold Dots instead of the Winchester Silvertips. The Gold Dots are cheaper than the Silvertips in my neck of the woods.
