What distance are Glocks sighted for?

Hi,

They use a different rear (6.5mm or 6.9mm) depending on model so they must be trying to compensate for differences between them. Does anyone know what distance they are trying to zero vertically? I'm assuming this is in meters...

Thanks,

Alan

Just for kicks and giggles I hit a shiloutte target at 100 yards 10 out of 15 shots from my Glock 19,Two handed weaver stance, dont know what the velocity or knockdown power of the 9mm at the distance,But took a deer with a Marlin Camp 9,one shot with a black talon 80 yards and droppen the buck where he stood.Sorry so long with this story.

Hi,

MARINE DIVISION TWO - out of curiosity - how many inches high or low were the rounds hitting the target?

Thanks,

Alan

I was at the range today using my G22 with a set of meprolights which are just the same height as the Glock factory sights. I was hitting level with POA at 25 yards.

Hi,

The kind folks over at Ameriglo took care of me. They have front sights in many different heights so you can make it hit where you want!!!

Thanks,

Alan
