It's nice to know DU is not going to give up on us, yet.

He's gonna get some little bounce out of the phony job statistics but it won't last. Reality is reality.
How in HELL does a puny 114,000 jobs added, which wouldn't even push the meter by 1/10 of a point translate to 3/10's?
That would mean that over 800,000 people just got up off the couch and went back to work. And no one else even noticed, not Challenger Gray and Christmas, not the ADP payroll survey or any of the other private sector metrics that usually track these things and aren't that far off.
Weekly continuing claims are still around 375,000, neighborhood thereof.
Even if….
EVEN IF…. it were even remotely true, this late in the game says the clown just isn't getting it done. Too damn long to produce results. Too long.

Why is Gallup still using registered voters in the sample?

Rasmussen has them tied today at 48, so the debate definitely helped.

In a recent poll of MSNBC news anchors Obama is up 100 points... I might as well not even vote now. *sigh*

Of course, you are pointing to a 7-day rolling average from Gallup (says so right under the numbers), that includes polling prior to the debate. Since Romney's standing has actually increased over the 7 days, claiming Obama has "bounced back" to that level is an outright lie.

Those are just from today. Ignoring the crapstorm won't make it go away. Neither will following your favorite pollsters.

Flintlocker really picks and chooses the polls he likes and ignores the ones he doesn't.

Flintlocker tries and fails in every single thread - no other liberal GTer has that failure rate - I am thinking he's really a Republican using this technique to point out what a bad choice Obama is. If so, it's a good method.
