Glock aside, what's your favorite full-sized 9mm?
I love my Glock 17. I ordered another 9mm to keep it company, a P226 all-stainless. But even though it hasn't come yet, I have kind of changed my mind; I already have a P226 ST in .40, and want something a bit more diverse in my collection.
It's difficult to try all new guns where I live, and I may have missed some from the list so I'm curious what other people's fave full-size 9 is, and what makes it your favorite?

Browning High Power! Prior to the G17 there was the BHP!

I'll take either my SIG P226 or CZ 75 P07 Duty over the Glock 17 (nothing personal).

Too slow in the keyboard. What Hugo R said.
I missed the opportunity to buy a stainless that was for sale in this forum not long ago and I regret it. The HP is the hot blonde sister of the Glock.

Someone's gonna say it, might as well be me. Beretta 92FS.
But I like the Glock 17 better
The Beretta's good features are soft recoil, butter smooth action, nice trigger in single action, good 3 dot sights, very reliable, accurate, points well, grip feels great in the hand, and an absolutely bomb proof safety system that rotates the firing pin 180 degrees out of alignment when on, and has a firing pin block so it can even be carry safety off.

Here's my old (1957) Inglis. Wish I had the furniture.
She's vintage but shoots extremely accurate, smooth and reliable! I also have a Mk III that I keep in AZ.

That is for sure a great gun. Not just because the thing would be great for a zombie outbreak... but seriously, it is one of the best shooters I've had the pleasure to a shoot a serious amount of rounds down range with and was blown away by the accuracy and absolute lack of recoil.

For beauty, pride of ownership, and fun shooting, it's hard to beat the Hi Power. If you want a combat pistol, then go with the CZ 75.

Because I prefer the ergonomics of the S&W M&P 9fs, I sold a G17 Gen4.
Though the EAA Witness P is giving it a run for it's money.

Why? Ultra reliable, feels great in the hand, just plain nice looking.

Its a close race between the P226, Beretta 92fs, and CZ75. Not sure which one I pick if I had to choose.

What makes you think that a High Power is not fit for serious work?
I don't find it less accurate or less reliable than early CZ75s.
