I don't know about missing - I assume he's in Danville, about 40 miles south of me, for the vice-presidential debate with Ryan tonight.
I expect that to be a massacre that Obama can't afford. I'm surprised the Dems haven't "Vince Foster-ed" him before this debacle hits the media. If Biden has an unexplained heart attack or stroke right before the debate, remember I predicted it.
