BOHICA - Obama To Unleash Racial-Preferences Juggernaut

If your organization has a policy or practice that doesn't benefit minorities equally, watch out: The Obama administration could sue you for racial discrimination under a dubious legal theory that many argue is unconstitutional.

It seems all too familiar...

Anything goes

[RENO]
Times have changed,
And we've often rewound the clock,
Since the Puritans got a shock,
When they landed on Plymouth Rock.
If today,
Any shock they should try to stem,
'Stead of landing on Plymouth Rock,
Plymouth Rock would land on them.

In olden days a glimpse of stocking
Was looked on as something shocking,
But now, God knows,
Anything Goes.

Good authors too who once knew better words,
Now only use four letter words
Writing prose, Anything Goes.

The world has gone mad today
And good's bad today,
And black's white today,
And day's night today,
When most guys today
That women prize today
Are just silly gigolos

And though I'm not a great romancer
I know that I'm bound to answer
When you propose,
Anything goes

When grandmama whose age is eighty
In night clubs is getting matey with gigolo's,
Anything Goes.

When mothers pack and leave poor father
Because they decide they'd rather be tennis pros,
Anything Goes.

If driving fast cars you like,
If low bars you like,
If old hymns you like,
If bare limbs you like,
If Mae West you like
Or me undressed you like,
Why, nobody will oppose!
When every night,
The set that's smart
Is intruding in nudist parties in studios,
Anything Goes.

[RENO, PASSENGERS & CREW]
The world has gone mad today
And good's bad today,
And black's white today,
And day's night today,
When most guys today
That women prize today
Are just silly gigolos
And though I'm not a great romancer
I know that I'm bound to answer
When you propose,
Anything goes

[RENO]
If saying your prayers you like,
If green pears you like
If old chairs you like,
If back stairs you like,
If love affairs you like
With young bears you like,
Why nobody will oppose!

[ALL]
And though I'm not a great romancer
And though I'm not a great romancer
I know that I'm bound to answer
When you propose,
Anything goes...
Anything goes!

President Obama intends to close "persistent gaps" between whites and minorities in everything from credit scores and homeownership to test scores and graduation rates.

This wouldn't necessarily be bad if Obama intended on doing this by getting minorities to take the steps to raise their credit scores and increase their graduation rates.

But... as it is, the community organizer wants equal outcome not equal opportunity.

Wait -- didn't risky loans precipitate the housing market crash beginning in 2007, leading to a massive recession?

Assuming that this is, in fact, not the insanity of someone repeating an action expecting a different result -- a continued collapse of the market IS intentional, yes?

The crash of 2007 was Bush's fault. That won't happen with Obama in charge.

Actually, it's even crazier than that.

My girlfriend does mortgage loans, she's a god when it comes to regulations, quoting them, and being able to ask questions to auditors that end up with them saying "we never thought of that" or, as with the feds, them refusing to answer a question.

There's a message board where people in the banking industry anonymously discuss things.

One bank is being "sued" by the feds for NOT giving out loans in one part of Detroit. These homes could not pass the FEDERAL guidelines for the loans because of their degraded condition (for a fanny loan). The feds claim discrimination against the borrower.

Another bank is being "sued" by the feds for giving loans to these same homes. (not just the same area, several instances of the same exact house). The Feds claim they took advantage of the borrowers. (this was a non-fanny loan).

The same fricken' house people.

With all the regulations that contradict each other (you can't comply with one law without violating another) simply shows that the Federal Government is trying to do one thing: Set up the banks to be taken over due to their failing to comply with regulations.

Come back in a couple of years and if I'm wrong I'll buy you a beer.

woo-hoo, let's crash this economy quickly and get it over, thanks you idiots that voted for this Marxist. The reset is going to be painful and Darwin will be hard at work.
