Most of the Catholics I know are good people.

They worship God, not idols, and as far as I know they don't abuse children.

Before they changed it, Catholics were not allowed to eat meat on Friday. So they ate fish on Friday.

The only thing I'm desperate for in a religious light is that people stop wasting their minds and lives on something for which there is NO proof of existence. It is simply IDIOCY. As well as getting their religions OUT of government and schools, as they were supposed to have done long ago.

Let's think about this.

Someone is apparently inspired by their religion to do something horrifying. Although it demonstrably isn't an isolated incident, it must be an isolated incident, for some reason.

Pointing out someone was apparently inspired by their religion to do something horrifying is somehow childish, desperate, immature, indecent, and beneath contempt.

So atheists should never point out someone being inspired by their religion to do something bad, because it's bad manners to point out stuff like that?
