I fully under stand where you are coming from. I too am skeptical being the first 10mm they brought to market. If it shoots well then it should be a good buy for the price.

They do have the reputation of a good 1911 for the price so I hope that also spills over into the 10mm build.

In the end, you will end up with it either being fine or fixed (if needed). Either way, while others are waiting to get one down the road when all the kinks are worked out, you can do the same while you enjoy this one in the meantime. For the price and the reputation of RIA's CS, it is well worth it to get one now and maybe one (updated version) later. You did good.
