At Lowe's last night I came across 2D MagLED's for $14.99 (half-price) in their 'Black Friday' stack. Not sure how long it's going on; just saw it last night and bought a bunch for employee christmas gifts.

Are they the LED version? The incandescents tend to run around $18-$25 here, and the LED's tend to run $30 or so.

.50 cal metal ammo can, 1 day special at BassPro - $10

One day special for $10. Promotion indicates they are "new .50 cal" boxes.

http://www.basspro.com/Federal-Premi...SpecDec2012_HM

I cannot attest to the quality of these. I suspect they are the same as those advertised as in store specials for Black Friday. Maybe someone who looked at them in person can comment.

***update*** Site now indicates they are sold out.

I get mine for $5 from my dealer.

He's also got a few of the real big ones. Not sure what they go for though.

Thanks, something like this has been on my list and for this price I couldnt pass it up. Coupon code LAPG is good for 5% off as well, plus I'll get 1% cash back from my credit card.

12/6: FINALLY ARRIVED TODAY - ALL IS GOOD - 3 weeks is a long time though.

I ordered two of these in mid November - haven't seen anything yet, but LAPG keeps telling me "we'll ship today". They can be a real pain sometimes.

Kroger near me had almost all their organic section on 50% clearance. Wife grabbed all kinds of pasta, granola, beans, flour, for a song.

Received one of these lights as a gift. Very impressed with it. No testing of battery life yet. From the reviews it seems that others really like them too. Under $5 at Home Depot.

great find on the mags Warp - I ordered half a dozen. I have more AR mags than I can shake a stick at, but I really like the straight 20 rounders, and this is a great price considering what all the rip off artists are asking today.
