At a crossroad on reflex sights - Need opinions/suggestions

Hello all, new member here on Glock Talk. Great site!

I'm going to purchase a reflex sight and I'm looking for opinions. It's going to be a dual use situation, in that it will primarily be on my carry weapon (G23) but in the spring I'd like to put it on my turkey shotgun until I have the funds for two units. I'm looking at the three brands/models listed below. If you have any experience with any of these, please let me know.

1. Trijicon RMR

2. Docter Reflex

3. Leupold Deltapoint

I'm leaning towards the RMR for the fact that it is the only reflex sight that has a dovetail mount for my Glock (that I'm aware of). If anyone knows if the other two have a mounting solution that can be used without milling, please let me know. I do not want to have any milling work done.

Thanks for any input.

I know your looking for an easy solution but milling is the best way to insure it will stay and work correctly.
