Due to a disagreement with a guy 6 years ago I always get a delay on any purchases. I've been told about getting a UPIN that will stop any more delays. I've gotten the application and fingerprint card that I have to have filled out. My problem is that
no one rolls fingerprints anymore. They are all done electronically. FBI requires a fingerprint card to verify you by. Any suggestions on how to get this done?? In Alabama my CCW doesn't bypass the NICS check.
