New suppressor on order. :-D

Well, I just sold my 24" AR to fund a new suppressor and mount.
I have on order a SilencerCo Saker 5.56 suppressor with a Trifecta RS flash hider mount. I can't wait to see it, so I can wait to have it.

I feel your pain.
I'm 2 months into the 6 month wait for a SilencerCo Osprey 45.

I already have threaded barrels for my Glock 21 and my HK45.
Now, if I can just do the time?

..

Well my SilencerCo 5.56 Saker FINALLY showed up two week's ago. I got my paperwork sent in along with the check, and the check was deposited last thursday.

Now for the real wait.

Dang that was quite the wait on the order! I have one in the mill also, I put it in back in march. Goingquiet.com over in melbourne is my shop for suppressors. They have a ton in stock and have sakers since feb. Where did you order from? What hosts do you have/wanting to complete while the form clears? My dealer had a demo saker on this savage, http://savagearms.com/firearms/model/11HOGHUNTER and it was amazing!

I ordered it from Florida Firearms Academy in oldsmar FL. I traded a never been fired 24" RRA AR15 with a Timney 3# trigger, and a Magpul PRS stock for it straight up.
When I asked GT what I could get for the rifle, everyone told me I would be lucky to get $700 for the rifle, lucky for me SHTF when O was re-elected and the shop was more than willing to take the trade.

This one for now is going on my 16" midlength RRA, however I would like to get a bolt action rifle to use it on eventually, preferably one that comes with iron sights.
I also have a S&W M&P 15-22 that I use my SilencerCo 22Sparrow on, and a Gemtech Multimount that I use on my 9mm AR pistol. So once I have the Saker, All three of my AR's will be suppressed.

I do like the savage rifles, here's my Savage Mark II with my 22Sparrow on it.

And my S&W M&P 15-22.

And my 9mm AR pistol.

Nice. I got my AAC Pilot in late April after submitting my paperwork in late September. It's a hard wait. I'm kicking around a .30 cal can now, but I need to pay off the car and do some other stuff first.

Good choice on the Saker!

The waiting is tough. I'm about 3 months into a dealer transfer after waiting 2-3 months for them to get the can in the first place. Then I get about 9 more months for my actual transfer!

I had to dig up this thread for an update. And to see how long I've been waiting to get this thing.

Ordered it in January 2013.

Arived at shop August 2013.

Cleared May 19, 2014.

So it took the paperwork aproximately 8 - 9 months.

WOOT WOOT!!!
