Will these scanners be everywhere?

I amaze myself! On the thread about VW banning guns from employee cars, I posted that someday scanners would exist that would spot a gun on anyone entering anywhere. Even if it's in your boot. Low and behold, NYC is testing just such a thing.

WHAT IF! These were installed at the entrances of

Wal-Mart
McDonalds
KFC
Lowes
Motel 6
Kroger
Ralphs

and on and on and on. Because the corporate attorneys insisted on it, to avoid lawsuits. The little scanner might even call the police, all on its own. Then, they'd show up and tell you the owners prefer you to leave.

They are UN-constitutional regardless who puts them up.

Now that the second amendment is on it's way out in new york, they are attacking the 4th amendment. How long until there are no rights left in New York?

Makes me sick.

The argument used there is we CHOOSE to fly. I disagree since the TSA is a federal entity they are in violation of the 4th Amendment as well. I choose not to fly when I travel simply because I refuse to subject myself to what I consider an illegal search of my person. Especially since the 4th states this:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

I accept the danger of flying and I accept the danger of freedom. I will not accept a violation of my rights. If more Americans fully understood this and exercised their rights more aggressively we wouldn't have the TSA nor the nightmare of government we have now.

NY sucks. I've seen this device before. Think about this - if you are one of the few who do have a carry permit you will be treated like a felon everywhere you go. Wait until the elite start getting thrown to the ground.

This technology has been around since at least 2000 or 2001, at which time it was still in the developmental stage.

This is the first time I've heard of anyone come out and publicly say they're going to use it.

Jamming devices are already illegal. GPS jammer, Cell jammer, etc... all that stuff falls under the same province. This is no different.

That said, I hope the jammer breaks the machine.

I'm going to program an app for my iPhone's camera to do this.

Then, I'll shine it around the club and see who I REALLY want to dance with tonight.
