I just got the full 122 page text of the Feinstein ban and it would be a monster. I hadn't heard that,

"Any part, combination of parts, compo
nent, device, attachment, or accessory that is de
signed or functions to accelerate the rate of fire of
a semiautomatic rifle but not convert the semiauto
matic rifle into a machinegun"

would be banned.

This would ban the Slidefire stocks, certain legal trigger devices and possibly even low mass bolt carriers or other competition parts that technically could be demonstrated to increase cyclic rate.

I don't really think we need to worry about the specifics as this has almost zero chance of passage.

What this is, is the first punch, taken from out of reach, to get the fight on. They're feeling out the opposition, seeing how far they can reach without getting hit, feeling out our defense, wearing us down, weakening our offense.

New York State is the test bed for this. If they confiscate after so much blatant lawlessness over the ones who don't comply with the their new law and no one fights back......they will simple take our guns.

This ban stuff is just a clever plan to put some more money in Feinstein's and Obama's pocket. They got together with the gun dealers , manufactures, and ammo makers to split the profits. First was no limit on magazines, then 10, now 7.

This could be an interesting angle... it says right on the slidefire website that it can help the physically challenged use a rifle more safely. .. can you say ADA vs AWB.
