Cheaper Than Gold
Go to the CTD website and check out how bad they are gouging people for 17 and 33 round mags. It kind of makes me sick!

They will never get my business. I understand wanting to make a buck but that's just ridiculous.

Yup - I called and gave the rep an ear full and told them to close my account and take me off the mailing list. Never will buy from them again. Its sad they are using this time to gouge people. When it settles down I hope they lost thousands of customers because of thier shinanigans.

That is interesting:
$80 for a Glock 19 magazine!
$450 for 300 round of Federal SS109
$2395 for a $800 Bushmaster
I guess greed has a new name!
But then on the HKPro forum is a thread where people sold their HK MR223 for $7,000+!

Yea theyre scumbags. IDK if they reduced it yet or not but they were selling 30 rd steel GI ar mags for $99 and steel cased russian .223 for a buck a round in 1000 round tins! I cant wait until things go back to normal so I can boycott the hell out of them. Capitalism at its best. Not saying they shouldnt be allowed to do it but that means I have the right to call then a-holes and not buy their stuff! This thread should be made on every gun forum out there.

I don't see the issue? If you think their prices are too high don't buy from them. We're not in communist China, they can and do charge whatever they want. If I had Glock mags for sale and people were paying $100 a piece, why would I charge $20? There are a ton of idiots that spend way more on firearm stuff than what it's worth. Reading a few threads on here will shine some light on that...

Just called and told them I would never consider buying from them again no matter what they sell or how much they charge. Probably won't do any good but who knows. Hope the bastids go out of business soon.

Scsu there's nothing wrong with people thinking they're scumbags for gouging. The problem is with laws against gouging. It shouldn't be illegal but what you are reading here is the market responding to their gouging. That's how it's supposed to work.

Of course they can charge whatever they want and we can ban them for gouging and that is what we are doing. I think there are not too many idiots outside because the magazines have been long time in stock on the contrary of Midway that sold all of them in 24 hours.

I love Midway. There easy to deal with, shipping is super fast, prices are always right there and if you send something back they credit your card immediately.. Solid Company..

I have never bought anything from CTD. One time a year or two ago I was going to buy two kinds of ammo from them. When I got to the checkout they were going to charge me shipping twice because each type of ammo was going to be shipped from different locations. I called them and asked why are you going to charge me shipping two time for one order. I said tuff luck thats the way it is. I bought from someone else.
They have the right to charge whatever they want and we have the right to buy from someone else. I have no plans to ever buy anything from CTD. Their prices have alway been higher than others.

Never thought about closing my account with them. I think I bought something (ammo or mags ) a couple of years ago and have been getting their stuff ever since. When the 10mm RIA came out, I ordered one, but cancelled before it shipped. Glad I did now. I'm not buying anything else from them either.

After all the money they make off the panic buyers and the laws change, CTD will (I suspect) be relocating to a warmer climate
I doubt they will care at all.

I understand. I don't support them, was just making a point. They did the same thing last election. They're right down the street so when prices go back down ill probably continue going there. Something to think about as well, midway selling 3-4 mags is the same as 1 for ctd. I doubt they're hurting or the prices would be lower
