Lots of GT members swear by Cold Bore Customs. I don't have any personal experience with him, but I hope to soon when I replace my stolen 20sf . I have not dealt with Glockworx before.

ColdBore Customs
I have had the good fortune to have work done by Lane on two weapons, a G29 and a G30.
He did grip reductions and texture.
The end product was more than satisfactory. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Additionally, in my case the turn around time was spot on.
I made all my arrangements via email, and the communication stream was timely and specific.
In my case the I found his total service to be reminiscent of "Old School" attention to detail. He made sure I got what I paid for.
His website is very accurate in the depictions of his work.
Just my $0.02.

Dale Hunnicutt, gripreductions.com
Dale did some work for me on a G29...I was having problems controlling the gun, and knew I needed a grip reduction. I studied the website, and called Dale. He listened to me, which is important, and made his recommendations.
Since I got it back, now that G29 is my gun....designed for my hand....and I can shoot the nuclear rounds and maintain a steady grip.
I got my gun back when promised, and I am very satisfied.

I'm not sure where you are located, but I have heard good things about the work that Southwest Shooting Authority does..

I just received back my G21SF frame, which I sent to Lane
at Cold Bore Customs right before Christmas. It is the only time I've had work done to the frame, and I sent it to Lane because of all the good things said here on the forum about his work and the pictures that I have seen here of his work.
I had some grip work done, with the finger humps removed,
the undercut trigger guard, and some texturing.
I was totally amazed at how it changed the feel of my gun, and
the quality of work and communication were top notch.
I am sure there are other good companies out there, but I can
attest that Cold Bore is one of the best.
I can assure you that I will be using them again.

Doing it yourself is a possibility as well. Here is one w/ finger bumps mostly removed, undercut trigger guard, and some extra stippling. About an hours worth of work, takes 2-3 grits of sandpaper and a Dremel. After, the difference was nearly as much as going from a regular frame to a slim frame. A job like this doesn't carry too much risk of damage if you are reasonably careful. Haven't tried the full-on epoxy filled grip reductions.
