IIRC Glock Refurbished guns have a silver tag on the triggerguard as well that says - you guessed it - Glock Refurbished.

I think a refurbished Glock actually has a longer warranty than a new one. Not sure though.

Refurb Glocks say "Refurb" on the case label and, as previously indicated, should have the silver label on the trigger guard.

I've seen a couple less than honest shops doing that with used glocks. Pulling the extra mags and marking them at $45 and trying to sell the gun with only one mag, at above new price.

These are also the same guys who still have .223 in stock because they have 20 rd boxes marked at $22, and bare basic bushmasters for $1,500. I'm a capitalist, but greedy, dishonest, capitalists give us a bad name.

I won't buy anything from shops like these.

I see a lot of bad shops exist with a lot of unscrupulous owners. What I haven't seen is a lot of names of those shops. If your getting screwed over how about names? Without names, it's all bull****.
