What is all needed to change my 223 to a 22-250 new barrel? would I need a new bolt ?
New magazine?

I'm pretty sure you would have to go to an AR-10.

Won't work in a standard AR, you'd need a .308 based gun to start.

You would need so much that it isn’t practical. Even if parts were readily available.

Not sure what you're looking to do with it, but you might consider the .204 Ruger. My brother seems to think it's about as good as the 22-250 for varmint hunting and Model1Sales.com lists it as an option for uppers.

Just have over 500 rounds of 22-250 its easier to reload for me anyway just got the 223 few days before the shooting have no brass or primers for 223 and can't find ammo anywhere figure I could just turn it into 22-250 easy that's all
