No takers yet... Helluva deal if you think about it.

Over $800 and no BCG, charging handle or sights? No thanks.

I am waiting on a regular BFH 16 inch mid-legth to be in stock.

It is what it is I guess. Never claimed it was a phenomenal deal, but they did ship mine out just a few hours after ordering. In my case, it was worth it.

They had some light weight 16" BFH mid-length uppers in stock Wednesday. The mid-lengths actually seem to be coming back in stock fairly often, more often than the carbine length uppers at least.

They do ship FAST. Glad you got one

I have a 20" BCM upper that is good to go.

I didn't find the price all that bad for today's market. Maybe $100 over what it was a year ago. The rail is over $300 alone and stripped bfh middys are in the mid $5's without bcg and fore end.

BCM uppers with centurion or daniel defense free float rails usually sell for around $800, so you shouldn't be surprised by the price listed. As another poster said, this is a marginal increase over what they were listed before the panic. And they are worth it.

Price looked very fair to me. I bought my standard 16" mid-length with no handguard over a year ago for $400. BFH adds about $100 and the Centurion rail about $300. Seems like a fantastic deal in this market.

Thanks for the responses about price. This is my first build and I wanted to do it right the first time so I spent months doing the research and then sandy hook happened. The only things i really feel like I paid a premium on were BCM BCG for $225 and a lone star armory milled lower for $360. The upper comes in Wednesday, then I'll top it off with an Aimpoint Pro Patrol and call it a day.
