Beltway Unbuckled

Watching this show on the History Channel. They're implying that Lincoln was gay. First I've heard of it. Anyone?

I have not heard that before. Sounds like something a gay person would say.

They were saying how he was very awkward with women and had a particular guy that he slept with. It's also mentioned in his letters. Why would someone not care to learn about history?!

He was the greatest tyrant this land has ever seen, (barry is trying to dethrone him). Wouldn't surprise me if he was gay, tyrants tend to have bizzare behavior. Alot of Lincoln worshippers will vigorously refute this, as it spoils the view of their hero.

The motive for the story is more interesting than the story.

I would think the History Channel leans more liberal and I have no idea why they tried to make this determination. They did put many things together to make their case, but had to admit that it wasn't fact. Interesting for sure.

Is that why gay republicans are called Log Cabin Republicans?

Can't wait for the Liberal Progressives to come out and say JFK was gay! Give them time they will! I just wonder why Barry hasn't completely come out of the closet yet?
