New guy from Maine
Hey Folks,
Just checking in - I've been lurking here for a couple months while doing research into my best option for a home defense / range / possible future carry handgun. That research resulted in me becoming a first-time firearm owner when I purchased a Gen 3 Glock 19.
I don't have a lot of firearms experience (NRA Shotgun safety course and a few days at ranges with friends with shotguns, handguns and rifles), so I'm looking forward to getting some professional handgun training as well as learning a whole bunch from the members here!

Welcome from NE Kansas, you can't go wrong with the Glock, you're headed in the right direction with getting some good training, you won't regret doing that..
