Heads up, Luckygunner has black P mags in stock. Not the best price but if you need them there you go.

That's insane. As fast as backorders are being filled these crazy prices shouldn't last to much longer on mags. I've gotten 30 from three back orders from $12-$14/PMAG. Waiting is better than paying crazy prices.

I fully agree. Their prices on .223/5.56 is butt rape with no grease just a bunch of sand and gravel.
For someone new to the AR world who needs a couple P pmags now, those prices might be worth it though.

luckygunner has taken advantage of the political situation and like many other small time operations, has been gouging the customer base. I never have and never will purchase anything from them joining the ranks of many others who agree as well.

It seems as if 44MAG.com has gone the same route also. Their "Featured Products" on the home page includes bargains such as, Glock 33rd mags for $99/ea, and Ruger 25rd - 10/22 mags for $59/ea.

That's down from $19.99 a few weeks ago, I think. Hopefully thats a sign that everything will start dropping sooner than later.

A bunch the LGS and individual FFLs in my area just got a influx of 3rd generation PMAGs in the last couple weeks. I bought 4 the other day for $25 each (tax included) and just yesterday say another guy was selling them for $20 (plus tax).
Prices are definitely coming down now that availability is improving.

I have a goodly supply of Pmags held back. I was kind of taking stock and inspecting some of my magazines. I will grant Magpul seems to have built the best polymer magazine. Smooth functioning and ultra rigid. I have some Troy that seem nice as well, but have a lot of flex to them. I'm not exactly sold on them for the most part.
The Lancer magazines on the other hand I am highly pleased with, though I would label them a hybrid magazine. I value the steel feed lips, and that's coming from someone who used to shoot Highpower.
While I have not worn out a Pmag or a Troy mag. The polymer feed lips seem to be a weak point.
Has anyone ever had one crack or break on them?
