Glock Warranty

Hi new member, with a quick question. Does glock have a lifetime warranty on their pistols or is it first owner only? Bought a dang near brand new Gen 3 Glock 17 (203 rounds fired by my buddy) for the Wife and wondering if the warranty would cover it in case anything went wrong or broke in the future. I dont think he registered it with glock for the warranty but still wondering.

About me, Active duty Jarhead, fixing to retire in a few months when I hit 20 years.

Thanks in advance

My manual said only a 1-yr warranty, if I remember correctly on my new G30.

Dang Near Lifetime Warranty

I took 2 gen 2 & 2 gen 2.5 up to Smyrna last month. They rebuilt them from the ground up and replaced all gen 1 and gen 2 mags for gen 4 for free. Threw in +2 pads for 9mms for free. I had 2 sets of night sites installed for $57 each set with 15 year warranty. Total cost was $114.00.
2 were police trade-ins treated me like gold.

in reality Glock has a lifetime warranty but they simply have the right to refuse to fix things I think. Such as Ruger, FN, and a few others.

If it is a bad part they usually fix it, if done by owner they usually charge.

Take your gun to a GSSF event. At most events the Glock Armorer will fix just about anything with factory parts.

I have received new followers for eleven of my 40 S&W magazines and a new trigger pin for my G22.

GSSF is worth the money and is a great time with other Glock fans.
