Full Auto conversion on Gen1 Glock 17

My friend at Blacklabeltactical built a full auto Glock 17. First gen too.

So a company is able to convert them over to select fire? Are we able to buy those under nfa laws?

I don't think there are any transferrable full auto glocks. Only the police and certain types of ffl's (manufacturers) can have them.

No. They could be sold to law enforcement or the military.
