That looks good but normally when I see Peche on beer I am expecting a peach lambic style beer, not an imperial stout.

I am drinking Salvator....again...

I stopped at a microbrewery & tried a new beer.
Didn't cost me a dime. A stranger struck up a conversation with me and bought the beer I had ordered.
Nice people still exist.

Dogfish Head - Immort Ale tonight.

Never had it before, bought a case to try it out.

I didn't know until I tasted it but there is peat smoked barley in it. The finish reminds of an Islay single malt scotch. Great beer at 11% if you like Scotch.

Victory V-Twelve.

Honestly, it just made my top 5. Nice complex quad– sweet, toasty and citrus... the 12% ABV is hitting me upside the head as I write this...

We were making Brats last night. Out of cheap beer. Ran to the Packy and grabbed a 30-pack of Bud.

I wound up tossing one in the fridge to drink with dinner.

"AW GAHHH The swill. It's awful. Bleeeh. That stuff sucks!"

Shockingly, Bud has won awards. Is it a microbrew? No. Was it good? It was a lot different than the first Bud I had in the 80's some time. I remember beer tasting "sharper." This was smooth and flatter than I remembered. Not bad, but not a go-to either. I think it tastes better at ballgames anyhow.

My grandmother made a fortune in InBev. Pops was a driver for Bud for 30-something years. All she could think about was the taxes. Lol
