The Majority of Californians (Who are not socialist Kool-aid drinkers) think the Democrats & Republicans are the same (Especially on 2A) THUS WE ARE PRETTY MUCH SCREWED...

Can you own automatic weapons and silencers without permission from the Feds?

Why are you living in a country that ignores your Constitutional rights? Why haven't you voted out all the Federal anti-gun officials?

I do not own any FA firearms but I can live with paying $200 for a stamp, background check, and the long wait time.

I have voted in every local and state election for the last 31 years and yes, the voters of Kentucky have purged the majority of anti-gun politicians.

Bottom line, California is a state that tramples its resident's RKBA rights so attempting to defend your state on matters of RKBA (as some posters have) is pointless at best.

Hey, go easy on those subjects living in the land of Fruits, Nuts, Flakes and weepy eyed Liberals, where rocks, trees and little frogs have more rights than humans.

Us "Zonies" need California to poke fun at...

I find the original question odd these days. Especially from a Nevada resident.

I am going to Sac tomorrow for the day. Not that it has anything to do with the original question posed.

But Obama got voted in twice. The 1934 NFA law is still in the book. But hey, you're happy with your Second Amendment rights, huh?

They give you crumbs and you think that it's filet mignon. You even pat your back while spit venom at the lesser fortunate gun owners. Yeah, who's the patsy for antigunners?

Didn't your state give America Janet Napolitano?

Don't worry , many of them (Free Staters) are too stoopid to pick a side (And there are only two viable political ones) especially in this up coming midterm election, thus they will aid Democrats and hasten future FEDERAL FIREARM RESTRICTIONS that they too will have to deal with (As we Californians have)

Again, you're failing to see that im not defending the state. Im defending the people who are your allies in protecting 2A. But keep on attacking the people who are on your side, id say thats a sure path to victory.

Sorry Napolitano was a carpet bagger gay friend of the
Clinton's.

In 1993, Napolitano was appointed by President Bill Clinton as United States Attorney for the District of Arizona.[11] As U.S. Attorney, she was involved in the investigation of Michael Fortier of Kingman, Arizona, in connection with the Oklahoma City bombing.

Didn't you people vote her in as the governor? That the gubernatorial seat was her next stepping stone to Homeland Security boss?

Yeah, thanks a lot.

If almost 40 million Californians can be all but disarmed then 25 Million Texans or other States with under 10 million will be pushovers for State & Federal Firearms Restrictions concocted by Democrats & apathetic uninformed voters

GUYS! GUYS! People have a right to their opinion. It's ok. Yes California has some of the toughest gun laws around, but guns aren't completely illegal to own. I for one always try to vote pro gun, but like some people have already pointed out I'm out numbered. Still, California has a lot of other great things going for it and I for one don't decide on where to live simply on what gun laws that state has. I have what I want for now and if the need to own other guns that are illegal here out weigh the comfort I have by living here in CA then I would move. Simple as that. It's still a state in the greatest country in the world! Nuff' Said

As an aside to the ridiculous turn this thread has descended to, anybody who is NOT a member of the NRA has no right to complain about the anti-gun laws of any state.

Just find someone else to do it. That makes you a job creator.

Yes, I agree you can bring it but just do what Merkavaboy said. What's the saying I rather be judge by 12 than to be carry out by 6.

For the CA bashers in this thread, NONE of the following States recognize Nevada CCW Permits:*

Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia,
Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Well, come to the Commonwealth of Kentucky as we honor ALL CCW from ALL states. Period.

And when some of you are crying about how erroded our RKBA freedoms have become (CA, NY, NJ aside); please tell me how many states had CCW just 20-25 years ago.
Yeah, that's exactly what I thought.
