For thoose that eat alot of citrus fruits, which do you perfer?
I like tangelo and pummelo for their sweet but tangy taste. Pink grapefruits are my 3rd pick if they are grown right.
Spanish or Philipines grown tangerines are my next pick but they are harder to come by and only available locally in the months of nov-thru-jan and cost alot more.
Sour ( Naranja ) oranges are my #1 pick for cooking with seafood,chicken or pork. I think it provides more but less harshness than lemons and limes.
So what do you eat and cook with?
