Sorry you live in a semi-non-free-state where the bureaucrats take the little brown envelope containing the two fired casings. There's a date on that envelope.
1) You can call Glock to get the exact date.
2) This is a new gun. My guesstimate is: Sept 2009.

It is the ONLY date you'll get from Glock. They stockpile ready to go Glocks and pull them out, shoot, date, and ship them. The date they pour the plastic, forge the metal and assemble them isn't available.

YOU NEVER NEED TO SEARCH THE ENTIRE THREAD!
That's what I do around here. I move submitted entries to the first page, edit them for consistency, etc.
If you don't see AUB is that we have not had any OWNER submit theirs with info.
1) Call Glock. They will tell you when it was shipped. This is the date shown on the little brown envelope containing two fired casings that most every new Glock has for purchasers in 48 states. Two states take them to update their "ballistics databank". NY and MD. Call Glock, it's easier. Then post your results here.
2) If you don't care for an exact answer, a close guesstimate can be made using the existing data: Feb/Mar 1994.
AUA - G-17 - February 1994 - 2nd Gen. AUB
AUC - G-17 - Unknown - 2nd Gen.
AUH - G-19 - March 1994 - 2nd Gen.
