Getting my permit next month

I live in Oklahoma and im applying for my CC permit next month.
The only concern i have is when I was 18 I got a DUI,Im 25 now.
Do y'all think this will be a problem?

Check your laws. Is OK a shall issue or may issue state? I have a friend in a May Issue state who was in a vehicle when the driver was arrested for DUI over 20 years ago, and he can't get a permit. A Shall Issue state gets no choice but to hand you a license if you meet the qualifications.

Once again, check your local laws. You need to know them anyway if you're going to carry a weapon.

This is the relevant part of the law that concerns you:

7. Two or more misdemeanor convictions relating to intoxication or driving under the influence of an intoxicating substance or alcohol. The preclusive period shall be three (3) years from the date of the completion of the last sentence or shall require a certified statement from a licensed physician stating that the person is not in need of substance abuse treatment;
