Both are fun, but only one I can afford to shoot all day!

My flat top won't keep two consecutive shots on a 12in square steel plate at 35 yards with multiple brands of ammo, either with a red dot or with open sights. Shots were all over-high, low, left, right, spread out over 2 to 3 FEET at 35 yards. I emailed Smith yesterday and am waiting to hear back from them.

This is just a fun gun to shoot and is very accurate. I have had no issues or problems with this weapon. Just installed a red dot and it has just added to fun.

I'd bet a dollar and a doughnut hole that the barrel nut is loose.

If so it is easy to make a tool out of PVC pipe to tighten it.

Great gun at a good price, if you are looking for a 22lr in a AR style, it is a good choice.

Love it. Great gun I use only CCI tactical 22 in it. They work every time.

I was just getting ready to post this. I bought one last summer as a "get well soon" present for my daughter (she was recovering from a sports injury). There was the beginning of school, deer season - long list of weak excuses why we never got out to shoot it.
We finally got out last weekend. It was an absolute blast. No regrets with that purchase. Highly, highly recommended.

I've had mine for about 3 years with no problems. I put a slide fire stock on it with a jp yellow spring kit. Absolute blast to shoot. You must use mini mags or other hyper velocity ammo.
