I just put a CZ40B on layaway at my LGS. It is in cherry condition, maybe 100 down the tube give or take. Anyways it comes with 2 mags, original box and manual. I've found the 10 round CZ mags and the 12 round Mec Gars, but can't find the base plates. Can anyone give me some insight on this pistol? I know the history, just can't find many accessories. Holsters, mags, etc...

Congrats, CZ40 is on my short list of 40s&w pistol. Accessories are hard to find for CZ40 since it's out of production. Try to ask on CZ forum ( www.czfirearms.us) you might have a better luck.

Its on my list as well, but they aren't easy to find.
Its twin, the Colt Z40 sells for about twice the price.

I found one for $425 out the door and passed on it because of the hard to find plastic recoil bushings. It was a very nice looking gun.
