Yes. And the fact that its made locally makes it all the more interesting. Hope somebody can chime in for more details.

If any of you guys know NAVSOG personnel, it is better to ask them firsthand, since they do have extensive experience with them.

I was informed that prices (as of April 2012) are as follow:
PVAR (piston) whole rifle - P180k + vat
DGIS (gas impingement) whole rifle - P125k + vat
PVAR (piston) upper assembly only - P110k + vat
License fees not yet included. It is also my understanding that prices are the same regardless of barrel length.

BrassKnuckle nailed it, I don't even remember the pricing. I'd like to get one of their piston uppers and run it through a carbine course, to see if it's as reliable as UDMC claims it is.
