My Glock Family!!

This my Glock Family, Only one missing G26 in my wifes ride. One more thing, out of all of these I have experienced not one instance of BTF.

Thank you, I dearly love each and every one of them, I have thought that I should sell 1 or 2 recently but I could never choose 1 that I would let go.

So I am not the only person who won't be happy until they have one of each. Nice collection. I am up to 6.5 now. That's if you count me advantage arms kit on a dedicated Glock frame. It will be 7.5 soon. Thanks to Gunbroker, I have another on the way.

Yes, I think we have the same addiction, I always want another one. I guess when I finally get one of each then I may have to start with the FDE or ODG. The way that i know it is an addiction is that everytime i think about getting rid of one, my heart starts beating fast, i start to sweat and just want to grab them up and run. So when they come to get mine it is for Sure that they will all be empty!

What type of lockbox do you use in your wife's car?

I've never experienced "BTF" with any glock, of any gen, except on the internet. Of course, I've always been concerned with the gun firing and not with where the brass went as long as it cleared the gun to allow the next round to feed.

All she has is her CWP, I have always felt that if it was locked up that you would not have time to get it in a bad situation. And if you take it out every time you go somewhere you start to leave it locked up because it is a hassle to get it out every time and then the one time you need it, bam, it's not handy. We both keep our vehicles locked and our fully loaded Glocks close by, we even keep a live round in the chamber because if she has to pull it I don't want someone to get the drop on her while she is trying to rack the slide. All of my carry weapons are RTF's (Ready To Fire). I know there is a lot of people out there that doesn't agree with my philosophy but I have taught my wife through many range sessions that you hold and carry a gun without your finger inside the trigger guard at all times unless you are ready to pull the trigger. Also she is very safety conscious with these. Not to mention she is an excellent shot

I agree with not locking it up while you're with the vehicle. But not using a lockbox or mini vault when it's in the vehicle and you're not is goofy. I took it that bill was asking about unattended vehicle storage.

I guess this is a little different than most, but I live in a rural area and the closest house is 1/2 mile away. My shooting range is right outside my door. I think my wooden stand that I put targets on may deter some criminals, as there is a hole shot out in the center that is about a foot across with several hundred holes around it. Probably been a thousand or more rounds fired through it.

The itch does end. Sometimes it feels like it will never end, but you have to trust me on this, it does. I have seen people on here with 18, 20 Glocks.
