It is the Mississippi Market Bulletin---a twice a month tabloid published by the state of Mississippi mostly for farmers and other rural folks.

The current issue goes online five days after the 1st & 15th of each month.

It has some neat things besides guns.

My folks used to subscribe when I was a kid, but I had forgotten about it.

In state subscription is $10 a year and looks like a good deal.
