Virus removal help

My McAfee anti-virus program just found a virus. However, it says two are quarantined and one says scan after restart. I've restarted the computer and it still shows up and doesn't want to delete them. Is there a program I can use to remove them?

Have to try safe mode. What is it F12?

It's a Trojan listed as Vundu.

Usually it's for system boot options, like the others have said f8 gets you to safe mode.
