My first ever duel boot experience was with 9.04 64 bit and vista 32 bit.
I installed it on the computer of a former co-worker who now runs his own computer repair business. He had been talking about wanting to give it a whirl so I burn all four versions of 9.04 to disks and drove down to see him. He was very surprised at how easy the Ubuntu install was. In fact, he told me he has spent all day (10-12 hours) reinstalling XP on some machine he fixes.
9.04 was running duel boot in 40 minutes (including media codecs and programs),
Hopefully he sees the light and starts to migrate some systems of his customers who only need a netbox over to linux.
