Yeah. I don't get the bladerunner thing. It was crappy as hell to me. Just nothing I want to see. And I have a pretty diverse taste in movies.

I was 15 or 16 when I watched Bladerunner for the first time. It was like... wow. Just wow. Of course reading science fiction books since age 9 might have affected my perception.

I have not read "Do androids dream..." until years later though and never became a big fan of Philip K. Dick. In my opinion, Bladerunner is one of a few movies that are better than the books they were based on.
