You can get them cheaper and with a larger capacity online at sites like Newegg and Tiger Direct ... with free shipping.

The HD on my desktop is only 10 GB! It's jam packed and the puter is running like crap...

You have to save at least 10% of the hard drive space for swap files.
If your disk is too full it will indeed run like crap.
