The trash is to keep the homeless employed picking up cans !

Its really a shame even in the country area outside the city to find lots of litter all over the roadways. If your on a hwy that is near the local dump, ya
know you'll find all kinds of fallen debris that was not tied down.
At least on the interstate I saw a trooper pull over a truck that had trash flying out of his truck bed.
People just dont give a crap anymore.....or less.
