I downloaded IE8 from the Windows Update site onto my home computer and now I cannot get a cursor to appear in any forms' text boxes. I can mouse click on radio buttons, check boxes, and drop-down boxes, but I cannot click a cursor into a text box. I cannot even get a cursor into a text box using the Tab key to navigate on the Web page.

I'm having to use another computer just to type this message because I can't get a cursor into any text box on any site. Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I use Windows XP Pro.
