NY license fees...

I finally broke down and bought the lifetime sportsman license. My annual license was going to cost $98 with the doe permit fee. You can still buy the NY lifetime license for $600 (until October 1). The lifetime sportsman license includes free turkey permits and free doe permits... as long as you buy before Oct 1. After Oct 1, you'd have to pay for the doe permit, and I think the lifetime license jumps in price, too. New York is just getting too damn expensive to live in.

Me too. I added bow and muzzle loader to mine. It will pay for itself withing a few years.

I also picked up a lifetime sportsman for my 10yo son and fishing for my wife.
