Sling for Mossberg 930SPX

Wanting to attach a single point sling on my SPX and have seen the AR type rings that fit between the stock and the gun, but it says they are only for the 590. I contacted GG&G, but they won't have the SPX model until later in the year.

Any other options out there?

Shocked this is dead... I contacted GG&G and they say that they should have one sometime later this fall. Hoped that the 590 would fit but not the case. Need / Want one NOW!

Urban-Ert has a type of weapon adapter that works with the 930 or any standard buttstock shotgun for a sling point solution.

I just have a national match 2 point on mine though.

I recomend 1 of these. I have one on my 500 and love it. Iplan to get a 930SPX and put one on it aswell. It replaces the trigger housing pin.

They also are the only ones making a side saddle for the 930 too.

At that time the 590 version would not work for the 930SPX but you all were working on one for the 930 and expected it to be out near year end. Can you give me an update on where you are at in the development process?

Will the rear single point sling mount, part # GG1284 or the GG1132 fit the Mossberg 930SPX? If not, do you have one that will?

For the record, I was also wanting a singlepoint plate when I read your post but wasn't having any luck in finding and did not want to modify my stock. So I began searching and originally located this on AR15.com: and then conducted other searches about the same unit to find positive comments. I made a PayPal purchase ordering the hook (loop) plate. It was shipped quickly and within a few days of order I had installed a made for 930 SPX exact fit unit of which I am totally satisfied. In fact, I responded by e-mail to the seller's inquiry in regard to my receipt and satisfaction as follows: "Although I tried, it would not fit my 500 (I also was hoping it would also fit a 500) but it fit my 930 SPX perfectly! Your fine product serves as a perfect yet discrete platform for delivering the wide range of attributes sought through my singlepoint option preference: unobtrusive mobility, superior balance in carry and formidable ease in weapon handling. Thanks for shipping so quickly!" If you are interested, the seller has a website at: http://actacticalgear.goods.officelive.com/default.aspx

Single Point

I called Craig and ordered the sling mount. He was prompt and wanted to know how it worked out. It's a quality made mount, fit was spot on. I would have preferred it a little smaller but it works fine as is..http://actacticalgear.goods.officelive.com/default.aspx
Here is my M930 with the sling attached. Only other mods being the Vang Comp safety and front sling option I already had. The Magpul sling works great.
