amnesty is on going right now. You surcharge for expires licenses. I say try FED first I heard improved na their service

per my own experience. Kung months lang expired yan, 800-900 petots lang yan kung personal siyang magpupunta sa FED, renewal yan hindi amnesty kaya kuha nya agad license card same day. Kung dadaan siya sa gunstore, mahina ang 3.5K dyan.
May insurance ba? Alam ko firearms bond meron pero sa mga brand new firearms purchased from gunstores ang alam ko applicable ito.
Ah yes, thats the proper term- bond. Kasi sir sa experience ko noon, everytime mag-renew ako personally ng license sa FED sa Crame, kasama yung bond sa mga una mong lalakarin. Well, baka iba na ngayon...
I just renewed a couple of my licenses a few days ago. There is still a bond requirement for renewals. You can easily get them though at the renewal processing windows. I think it was 120 per firearm.
