When I bought my handgun, I was 23, so this wasn't an issue for me. I'm wondering what the law is regarding those between 18 and 21 carrying, owning and possessing a handgun and where the law is as to have proof for it.

Over 18 and under 21 can purchase handguns through private party sales, gun stores are a no-go as they run the federal check. OC is the only legal way to carry for this age group.
