I bought NOTHING still doing research, but I did find out that, I dont like the trp the grips and checkering are way to aggresive and its to long for what im looking for.

I did not get a chance to hold the dan wesson,b/c they did not have one, and this is my top choice with one other, but am leaning toward the other b/c it has ambi safeties and as much as I tried fulling with a one sided saftey nothing felt comfortable.

Top 3 running
1) dan wesson cbob, but can I send it off and have a ambi saftey added?
2) Kimber cdp II
3) Springfield emp 9mm

any of the 3 would be good. you can always install a ambi safety, i switch my ambi's out for singles.

i have a Kobra carry, which is similar to the CBob and an EMP. carry the EMP most of the time, but since winter is near, the KC has been getting carried more
